Sunday, August 15, 2004 *sigh* everyone's gone. paul's done moving all his stuff home... everyone else is done exams already... everyone's gone. it really really REALLY sucks being stuck in waterloo when your friends are gone. plus i hafta work. the story of my life. work work work. i'm so tired of work... seriously. how am i gonna survive working 2 jobs and school next term? i guess i'll manage... at least i get time off at mikey's... even kat & amanda are gonna be gone.. lucky bums... going to florida =) I'M STUCK. at least i have boogers to keep me company =) yep.. i got a hamster today! his name is boogers. paul took me to petcetera today to get a hamster.. cuz i decided that i really wanted one... it was kinda a spur of the moment thing.. kinda like me going home this weekend... that was kinda last minute for sure =) we went to petcetera on.. friday i think.. to look at the kitties... and then we saw that the hamsters were on sale... so i was deciding if i should get one then... but i think the store was about to close so i didn't =) but we went back saturday... and i was still debating.. but paul convinced me to at least see what my parents thought about it =) and then yeah! i helped paul move out... and then he drove me home.. i didn't tell my parents i was coming home.. just kinda showed up.. surprise! not like there was anything to do here really... and then yeah... we got home kinda late.. and paul stayed to talk and watch part of a movie on tv... i didn't really understand it cuz we only saw half of it =) then paul went home.. and i told my mom i was gonna get a hamster and she didn't say anything.. except that i shouldn't expect her to take care of it for me... so that was a yes =) and i told my dad today... he didn't really say anything either... so now i have a hamster! pat's pretty excited about it.. she wants me to bring it home this weekend so she can see... he's still kinda scared and stuff.. but really cute... especially when he was trying to figure out how to use the exercise wheel... hehehe.. so cute =) i even got him a coconut highrise =) it's just a coconut with holes in it so he can crawl around and stuff... he doesn't use it tho.. he better! i paid a lot for that! hopefully boogers will help me not to miss people too much... and have something to look forward to when i come home from work... 0_o ( 9:52 PM ) ~ punchyfruit ~ |
